Lara has been a full-time naturopath for more than twenty years. In addition to her work with patients, which she loves, she writes extensively about natural health. She the author of the popular blog The Period Revolutionary and the books Period Repair Manual and Hormone Repair Manual.

Lara first worked as a researcher and evolutionary biologist at the University of Calgary. She then went on to qualify as a naturopathic doctor (Canada) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1997, passed licensing exams and practised as a naturopathic doctor in Alberta, Canada. In 2001, she moved to Sydney, Australia.

Her love of science and the natural world has informed the way she works with patients. She views the body as a logical, responsive system that knows what to do when given the right support. And in her 25 years of practice, she's seen that simple principle in action with thousands of patients.

Kate Powe

Kate is a qualified naturopath with a passion for helping women reclaim their health and create happy and empowered lives.

Her personal experience with endometriosis and adenomyosis instigated a shift from an established corporate career to natural medicine where she now educates and supports women across the globe through their own health journeys.

Kate has a particular interest in endometriosis, PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea and perimenopause. She utilizes evidence-based medicine, pathology and her understanding of genetics and methylation alongside naturopathic and mind-body principles to help uncover the root cause of hormonal imbalances and help restore mental, emotional and physical health.

She has contributed a number of articles and podcasts on the topics of endometriosis, adenomyosis and women’s hormonal health and when not in Sydney, can be found visiting her “second homes” within Europe and the UK.

Hannah Boyd 

HannahHannah is a naturopath with qualifications in clinical nutrition and herbal medicine. Her approach is to encourage people to start their own journey to wellness with the help of her naturopathic treatments, ongoing support and nutritional education. She's down-to-earth, nurturing and non-judgemental. She combines evidence-based naturopathic theory with practical individualised holistic programs to provide her patients with outstanding results for their health.

Her naturopathic philosophy is based on encouraging your body to heal with the use of botanical and nutritional medicines, and incorporating a whole food way of eating.

She teaches her clients that balance is the key to a healthy life. Encouraging mindfulness, nourishing the body and learning to enjoy life are her most important lessons.

Hannah loves working with women of all ages to foster happy hormones, freedom from anxiety and depression and creating a healthy relationship with your plate. She works closely with Lara and follows the same testing and treatment protocols to achieve a common goal: your health and vitality.

Deborah Gibson
Deborah Gibson

Deborah is a highly experienced Canadian trained Naturopath and a passionate advocate for women’s health and mental health. She brings with her 15 years of clinical experience – based mainly in her private practice in Sydney. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Science degree (McMaster University, 2001).

Deborah has a keen investigative nature and desire to always understand more about her patient’s health. She works collaboratively with her patients at the deepest level possible to achieve true healing while blending a balanced mix of pure science with pure heart.

Deb’s goal is to help patient’s feel better within their body and mind using a holistic and integrative approach, so they can live healthier, happier and more fulfilled lives. Her naturopathic work will usually dive into the realm of mental health support, hormonal re-balancing, and gut work.

Sophie

Sophie Gleitzman, BHSc 

Sophie is a university-trained naturopath with an intuitive approach, weaving herbal medicine, naturopathic nutrition and menstrual cycle awareness to empower women with self-understanding at every life stage.

Sophie has a special interest in the inter-connectivity of the endocrine system. Her clinical focus is to support the healthy balance of adrenal, thyroid, blood sugar and sex hormones. Sophie can help you get off and stay off hormonal contraception, deal with your post-pill breakouts, understand PCOS, and navigate the transition through perimenopause and menopause.

Sophie is passionate about women’s health and the way needs evolve over time. Her toolkit involves individualised herbal formulas, nutritional medicines, diet coaching, flower essences, cycle awareness and lifestyle guidance to offer a holistic approach to your treatment.

Working with Sophie is a collaboration and she will hold space for you to share and discover the stories in your body, mind and soul. Sophie has developed a practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness and delights in empowering women with understanding about their own bodies and the power within them.
