Lara has been a full-time naturopath for more than twenty years. In addition to her work with patients, which she loves, she writes extensively about natural health. She the author of the popular blog The Period Revolutionary and the book Period Repair Manual.
Lara qualified as a naturopathic doctor (Canada) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1997. She passed licensing exams and practiced as a naturopathic doctor in Alberta, Canada. The qualification of naturopathic doctor is recognized only in North America so Lara's qualification in Australia is naturopath--not a medical doctor.
More about Lara
Lara first worked as a researcher and evolutionary biologist at the University of Calgary. She then went on to graduate as a naturopathic doctor from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM).
Her love of science and the natural world has informed the way she works with patients. She views the body as a logical, regenerative system that knows what to do when it's given the right support. And in her twenty years of practice, she's seen that simple principle in action with thousands of patients.

Lara Briden (Grinevitch) now lives in Christchurch, New Zealand. She is committed to the long-term care of her Sydney patients, so she offers weekly Skype consults to existing patients.
She flys to Sydney every two months to see patients. Her next dates are:
