Lara has been a full-time naturopath for more than twenty years. In addition to her work with patients, which she loves, she writes extensively about natural health. She the author of the popular blog The Period Revolutionary and the book Period Repair Manual.

Lara qualified as a naturopathic doctor (Canada) from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1997. She passed licensing exams and practiced as a naturopathic doctor in Alberta, Canada before moving to Sydney, Australia.

Kate is a qualified naturopath with a passion for helping women reclaim their health and create happy and empowered lives.

Her personal experience with endometriosis and adenomyosis instigated a shift from an established corporate career to natural medicine where she now educates and supports women across the globe through their own health journeys.

Kate has a particular interest in endometriosis, PCOS, HA and peri-menopause. She utilizes evidence-based medicine, pathology and her understanding of genetics and methylation alongside naturopathic and mind-body principles to help uncover the root cause of hormonal imbalances and help restore mental, emotional and physical health.

She has contributed a number of articles and podcasts on the topics of endometriosis, adenomyosis and women’s hormonal health and when not in Sydney, can be found visiting her “second homes” within Europe and the UK.

Her approach is to encourage people to start their own journey to wellness with the help of her naturopathic treatments, ongoing support and nutritional education. She's down-to-earth, nurturing and non-judgemental. She combines evidence-based naturopathic theory with practical individualised holistic programs to provide her patients with outstanding results for their health.

Chloe is a university-trained clinical Naturopath based in Sydney with a passion for a simple, no-nonsense approach to female health. Working with Chloe you will find yourself with the tools and support you need to bring back your wellbeing and improve your quality of life. Her approach focuses on incorporating an individualised treatment plan that best suits you.

Chloe incorporates food as medicine and lifestyle changes into your treatment. She also uses nutritional and herbal medicine to help support the body to mount its own healing response. Chloe is a big believer in evidence-based complementary medicine and stays up to date with current research to help better treat her clients.

Brooke is a passionate, degree qualified Naturopath, Clinical Nutritionist and Western Herbalist on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with over a decade of experience in Complementary Medicine.

After experience seeing a Naturopath for her own health issues, Brooke was eager to learn more about the alternative medicines which had drastically improved her physical and mental health.

In her Warriewood practice, Brooke supports patients with women’s health, specifically hormonal irregularities and changes (including PCOS, endometriosis, Peri-Menopause, Menopause, Amenorrhoea), painful periods, healthy metabolism, mental health and stress management, IBS and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Brooke uses nutrition, herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, pathology testing and coaching to support her patients holistically throughout their health journey.

Brooke is openly enthusiastic about health promotion on all levels and coupled with extensive clinical and industry experience, she provides evidence-based health education and support. With a realistic, gentle and supportive approach to healthcare and working closely with Lara, Brooke is exceptionally passionate about supporting women using complementary medicine.
