Kate Powe
Kate is a qualified naturopath with a passion for helping women reclaim their health and create happy and empowered lives.
Her personal experience with endometriosis and adenomyosis instigated a shift from an established corporate career to natural medicine where she now educates and supports women across the globe through their own health journeys.
Kate has a particular interest in endometriosis, PCOS, hypothalamic amenorrhea and perimenopause. She utilizes evidence-based medicine, pathology and her understanding of genetics and methylation alongside naturopathic and mind-body principles to help uncover the root cause of hormonal imbalances and help restore mental, emotional and physical health.
She has contributed a number of articles and podcasts on the topics of endometriosis, adenomyosis and women’s hormonal health and when not in Sydney, can be found visiting her “second homes” within Europe and the UK.
